Find out what’s on and take part in something a bit different at Manuela. From chef takeovers to community activities, we have a diverse program of events.
Celebrate Earth Day
Earth Day is April 22nd , and when you dine with us, you can rest assured that everything we do is rooted in sustainability. Our food waste is turned into compost for our landscaping and garden, and our menus are also composted or shredded and repurposed as bedding for our chickens. Even unused parts of foods, like fennel and cabbage rinds, find a new life in our cocktails.
