From thanksgiving to Christmas and just general festive parties and dinners, join us at Manuela to celebrate the holiday season in style. Whether it’s a group dinner in our private dining room, a drinks party in the bar or a full buyout, there are myriad options and seasonal menus to choose from.

New Year's Eve

Ring in the New Year with an extraordinary evening at Manuela. Our dinner service will offer an array of special menu items, and for those just interested in celebratory drinks, our New Year’s Eve lounge area will be set with plenty of festive tables. Local artists ELESTELA and 323 AM will be playing house, funk, disco, and all the classics from 7pm – 1am.  Come eat, drink, and raise a glass to the year ahead with a complimentary midnight toast!
Menu options will include:
Kusshi oysters, citrus-fennel mignonette
Wild mushroom arancini, shaved winter truffle
Hamachi tostada, salsa macha, uni, lime aioli
Scallop crudo, aguachile, candied kumquat, finger lime

Holiday menus

Alongside our seasonally updated event menus, we’ll have some festive additions to the menu as well. From a caviar service to party enhancements such as our jumbo prawns, seasonal crudo and oysters, add a personal touch to your event to make it extra special.

We’ll also be serving our biscuit kits and a series of holiday punch bowls. Serving 12-16 people for $250, choose from a selection of cocktails below, and inquire about custom requests.

Our Private Dining Room provides the ideal setting for a holiday celebration dinner. Designed as a traditional glasshouse, it offers picturesque views of the Hauser & Wirth central courtyard, complemented by a vibrant backdrop featuring a specially commissioned Raymond Pettibon mural.

The Garden and Courtyard

Home to our rare-breed chickens, and filled with seasonal herbs, vegetables and flowers – our garden provides a retreat from the city and is our most popular event space, even in the winter. Step into nature in our open air private space equipped with furniture, portable heaters, blankets  and a custom bar. Discover more about our garden here. With stunning views of Hauser & Wirth’s art installations, our courtyard is an ideal set up for both large group dining and reception style events to celebrate the holidays.

Exclusive Buyouts

For bigger events and celebrations, why not exclusively hire the whole of Manuela LA and make the most of the versatility of the restaurant with use of the main dining room, courtyard and garden. Situated in the heart of the early 19th century former Globe Mills complex ornamented with brass, marble and oak features it is a unique setting for an event. Available all year round, make the most of the garden and courtyard with drinks receptions al fresco before heading in for dinner – or even have dinner outside. The team and the space are flexible to suit your needs and the options are endless.
