Our Dine LA menu showcases the seasonal creativity and local sourcing that defines Manuela, offering thoughtful choices across every course that celebrate both California’s finest ingredients and our Arts District setting.

Cream Biscuits & Steen’s Butter Every guest begins with our signature warm cream biscuits paired with Louisiana’s finest Steen’s cane syrup butter
Louisiana Shrimp Aguachile Fresh Gulf shrimp brightened with cucumber, avocado, and radish, finished with chiltepin-lime and charred allium
Heirloom Mary’s Half Chicken Our prized Mary’s chicken, sourced from family farms, is elevated with chili de arbol, white barbecue sauce, and seasonal accompaniments including watermelon radish and fresh sorrel.
Roasted Local Oyster Mushroom A stunning vegetarian centerpiece featuring locally foraged oyster mushrooms with charred leek aioli, malt vinegar, and bright lemon
Apple Sticky Toffee Pudding Finish the meal with a comforting, British classic reimagined with baked apples and a decadent peanut butter toffee sauce.

What is Dine LA Restaurant Week?

Dine LA Restaurant Week brings together Los Angeles’ most celebrated restaurants twice yearly, showcasing the city’s culinary diversity through specially crafted menus at exceptional value. For over two decades, this beloved event has connected diners with new neighborhoods and renowned establishments across the city.

At Manuela, we’re proud to participate in this LA tradition, welcoming new guests to our Arts District home whilst offering our community a fresh way to experience our farm-to-table philosophy. Restaurant Week allows us to share our seasonal approach and artistic atmosphere with the broader Los Angeles dining scene, highlighting what makes our city a world-class culinary destination.
